Basingstoke and Deane app for iPhone and iPad

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council app allows residents to report issues such as flytipping, overgrown shrubs (grounds maintenance) and graffiti quickly and easily. You can also find out when your waste and recycling collections are due and request reminders. You can access local information.
If you make a report, you can attach useful information including photos, as well as pin point where the problem is on an interactive map. Once you click submit the report will be sent to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council to look into.

3. Enter the location of the problem
4. Submit the report
What happens next?
Your report will be sent to the Council to look into and you will receive an email giving you details of your service request number
